The Diocesan Insurance arrangements includes the provision for coverage of household property and personal effects of clergy when moving between parishes or into retirement. Cover is provided automatically for all clergy and employees. To simplify a claim, details of the move can be provided to us by completing this Transit Declaration Form before the move takes place.
